Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your lamps or shades in their original boxes with all protective internal packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off or Collection
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point or schedule a courier collection through our returns partner as instructed in your confirmation email.
